Chicken Aspergillosis Prevention Control

1. Preventive measures against Chicken Aspergillosis

No moldy bedding, no moldy feed. The litter should be turned over and dried frequently. When mildew grows, it can be fumigated and disinfected with formalin. The sand used for feeding chickens should be washed clean.

After the brooding room is contaminated by Aspergillus fumigatus, it must be thoroughly cleaned, soiled and disinfected, and then covered with clean bedding.

The temperature difference in the brooding room should not be too large, and good ventilation should be maintained.

In the rainy season, special attention should be paid to prevent the litter and feed from becoming moldy.

Chicken Aspergillosis Prevention Control Moldi Di

Mold Di has the effect of eliminating Aspergillus contamination, which can significantly reduce the degree of mold contamination in the hatching room or on the eggs.

When the eggs are hatched for 17 days, put the tablets into the incubator and smoke them.

If the pollution is serious, it needs to be smoked once on the day when the eggs are put in.

The dosage is 4 to 8 tablets per 100 cubic meters of space. People and animals are not allowed to enter the hatching room during smoking to prevent poisoning.

2. Treatment methods against Chicken Aspergillosis Prevention Control

There is no effective treatment. Nystatin can be used at the onset of the disease, 500,000 units (1 tablet) are used once per 100 chicks, and the mixture is taken orally for 3 days. At the same time, add 3 grams of copper sulfate to 10 kilograms of drinking water for 3 days.

Timely replacement of moldy litter can stop the death.

Oral potassium iodide is added to 5-10 grams per liter of drinking water for chickens to drink.

1 gram of iodine and 1.5 grams of potassium iodide can also be dissolved in 1500 ml of water and injected into the throat, 2 to 3 ml of adult chickens, and heated to 25°C during medication, 1 injection is enough.

1 gram of clotrimazole per 100 chicks, mixed feeding and administration, has a certain effect.
